Abstract:

Documents filed in Outagamie County Court concerning the settlement of deceased individuals' estates; filing of wills; guardianships of minors, insane, or incompetents; and several insanity cases. Includes petitions, orders, letters of administration, wills, inventories of estates, and additional legal documents. Cases in this series were closed from 1853-1931 except for the George F. Peabody case which closed in 1958.
