Papers, mainly 1930-1979, of Ben Bergor, a Madison-based magician, entertainer, and booking agent, together with papers of his sister, Olivia Monona, an opera singer, and their father, Benedict Goldenberger. The papers document Bergor's Madison entertainment agency, his involvement in magicians' organizations, and his humor library. Monona's papers document her career as an opera singer. Goldenberger's papers primarily document his life as a student in the 1870s and genealogical correspondence with his son-in-law, historian John O. Holzhueter. Visual materials document Bergor's and Monona's entertainment careers, while the audio materials document various performances and broadcasts.
