Abstract:

The International Harvester Company Film Collection consists mainly of short promotional films, made by or for the International Harvester company from the 1930s through the 1980s, advertising or otherwise demonstrating the company's product line. Also included are sponsored educational films concerning agriculture, industry, or trucking–related subjects, and internal training and industrial films concerning manufacturing, sales, and engineering. The films are both sound and silent, color and black & white. Almost all are 16 mm prints.
