Abstract:

Files of civil and family cases in Circuit Court. Records include complaints, summonses, warrants, motions, appeals, judgments, and orders. Divorce cases are present only through 1944. The record series includes both paper records and microfilm. Only the microfilm portion is listed in this finding aid. These are reels 49-89 per the reel numbers assigned by the court; they cover case numbers 6251-11937 for the years 1919-1933.
