Abstract:

Black and white photographs produced by the International Harvester Company for use in its company magazines. The content of the photographs varies according to magazine title. Harvester World features International Harvester (IH) products in business, government, military, family, and agricultural settings; company employees and dealers; and a variety of corporate activities worldwide. International Trail has similar content but concentrates on the automobile and truck lines, particularly the International Scout. Articles in IH Farm (formerly Tractor Farming) idealize the agricultural lifestyle, promote new applications for IH machinery on the farm, and present farming tips. Triple Diamond Club features outstanding IH salesmen and their dealerships. Finally, Men of Action contains general human interest stories.
