Abstract:
The collection consists primarily of raw and historical footage used in the production of Wisconsin Hometown Stories for the Janesville, La Crosse, and Manitowoc-Two Rivers programs; and for the program Portage Memories produced by Wisconsin Public Television and the Wisconsin Historical Society. Also included are the finished programs (on DVD) for the Green Bay and the Manitowoc-Two Rivers programs, and The History Keepers; interview transcripts for the La Crosse program (on compact disc); and transcripts and a tape log for the Janesville program (on compact disc). Most of the La Crosse production footage is available on HD-CAM and VHS tape. The paper portion of the collection contains teacher resources for the Janesville and Green Bay programs, and transcripts for the La Crosse program.
