Abstract:

Papers, 1946-1980, of Maurice Otto Graff, of La Crosse, Wisconsin, a member of the arbitration panels of the American Arbitration Association, the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Services, and the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission. The collection is limited to material on labor disputes, primarily in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois, for which Graff acted as arbitrator. Legal briefs, agreements, transcripts of hearings, decisions, and publications trace the disposition of individual cases.
