Abstract:

Annual assessment and tax rolls of real and personal property. Rolls show names of owners; legal description of property; number of acres; value of real and personal property; taxes levied; and by whom paid, date paid, and collector's fees. This series consists of either a tax roll or an assessment roll, or both, for each year 1877-1901. The years 1903-1980 are represented by assessment rolls only. Records for 1902, 1906, 1908, and 1909 are missing. Beginning in 1910, only every fifth year was retained.
