Abstract:

Indexes to “Civil Case Files” (C2012/041) and a portion of “Criminal Case Files” (C2012/040). Cards index cases from 1894 to 1940, are filed alphabetical by defendant, and give case number, court record volume, year, and plaintiff name. Volumes index cases from 1930 to 1979, and each volume includes an alphabetical index by plaintiff and defendant. Entries are filed roughly by date case opened, and give the name of the plaintiff and defendant, case number, attorney’s names, usually the type of action, and a list of documents filed and the dates.
