Civil and criminal case files of the Circuit Court and County Court, arranged by original desk and box file number. County Court records end in Desk 2, Box 5, 1854 (from 1849-1854, the Clerk of Circuit Court was also Clerk of County Court). Box 2 contains miscellaneous Clerk's papers including correspondence, unfiled papers, cases that are incomplete or not indexed, and copies of deeds.
