Abstract:

Probate case files of the County Court in Dane County including petitions to pursue wills; orders appointing administrators; newspaper clippings of notices; notices to creditors; order admitting wills to probate; wills; inventories and appraisals; receipts for paid claims against estates; reports of executors; executors bonds; final judgments; petitions and orders for widow's allowances out of estate; and miscellaneous papers. Boxes 639-646 contain Non-Resident Probate Inheritance Records,1913-1918. Records are available both on paper and on microfilm.
