Abstract:

Record of court actions in estate and guardianship cases heard before the Judge of Probate Michigan Territory, and later the judge of the County Court. Record books give of brief history of each action or proceeding, minute books give a brief summary of the open court proceedings, order books provide motions and orders given in each case, and the record of guardians contain guardianship appointments.
