Abstract:

Documents filed in Ashland County Court concerning the settlement of deceased individuals' estates. Included are wills, inventories of real and personal property, reports and accounts of administrators or executors, statements of claims against estates, records of resale of real and/or personal property, warrants, contracts, sworn testimony, and similar records.

Note:

The pre-1900 cases were destroyed by the court.
