The board, which was staffed by the Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations and later the Department of Workforce Development, was abolished in 2005. Also includes records of the board's predecessor, the Youth Apprenticeship Advisory Council, established in 1992 by Wisconsin Statute 15.227(22).
