Abstract:

The Youth Aids program was developed to increase local juvenile justice services and reduce reliance on state services by providing a funding mechanism to improve community based programming/facilities as alternatives to placement in state juvenile correctional facilities. Included are Youth Aids plans from each county; plan reviews including fiscal reviews and joint review summaries; and correspondence concerning county planning issues.
