Abstract:
Minutes of hearings, including school district reorganization appeals, before the courts and appeals before the state superintendent and the State Appeals Board. Also included are notes, memoranda, case status updates, and correspondence. Each folder contains materials regarding a specific appeal, generally petitioned by multiple school districts in the given county; some cases are appealed by specific individuals.
