Abstract:

Records, 1966-1980, related to the administration of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act II (ESEA Title II) in Wisconsin. Records include state plans, annual reports, correspondence, records of basic allocations, notes and other documents. ESEA Title II funded establishment and demonstration grants. Establishment grants enabled schools to create library media centers. Demonstration grants supported the development of an exemplary media center or an educational program which focused on a critical educational need.
