Files consist primarily of correspondence related to state agencies, the Manpower Development and Training Act, the National Governors Conference, Wisconsin State Employment Service, Job Corps, the Work Incentive Program, and other employment programs. Also included are records on the individual Area Manpower Planning Boards in Wisconsin including meeting minutes, background information, and correspondence.
