Records, 1961-1981, of the Commission on Aging and the State Advisory Council on Aging. These organizations reported to the governor and legislature and set the scope of the state's programs for aging and recommended programs and actions for state agencies. Records consist of correspondence, meeting minutes, bylaws and membership information related to the Commission and Council; as well as general information regarding the Older Americans Act.
