Abstract:
Reports issued by employment agencies throughout Wisconsin used to formulate the State plan of service. Files contain the plan of service developed by each local office in relation to the general trends of the Employment Service. The material is compiled and a statewide plan of service is developed to describe the goals and objectives of the Employment Service in the upcoming year.
