Abstract:

Miscellaneous records of a realty company, including articles of incorporation, by-laws, and minutes of meetings. By late 1957, Milwaukee Hospital had become the sole shareholder in the company. Upon the company's dissolution in December 1957, all assets transferred to the ownership of Milwaukee Hospital.
