Abstract:

The World War I Collection gathers materials dating from the years that include and surround the First World War. The majority of the materials are European and include propaganda pamphlets, official documents, maps, periodicals, books, printed ephemera and newspapers. Pamphlet publications of relief organizations and Christian organizations are also housed here. Manuscript materials include personal letters and diaries of soldiers in the German military.
