Abstract:
Quincy H. Hale, well known La Crosse lawyer and civic leader, was born on March 24, 1893, in Spring Valley, Minnesota. In 1918 he graduated from the University of Minnesota with a law degree. Hale died February 28, 1987. These papers consist entirely of military notes and essays written by Hale while he was in training in the Army Air Service in Austin, Texas, in 1918. They contain nothing about Hale’s personal life.
