The Wisconsin Union, often referred to as "the heart and soul" of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, has enhanced the lives of members and visitors since it was founded in 1907. This collection consists of a sampling of brochures, documents, images and publications about and by the Wisconsin Union.
Other ephemera from the UW Archives regarding the Union is scattered throughout the UW Collection, such as Wisconsin needs a union building from 1910 and a bulletin from 1921 documenting the inception of the first Union building; other suchpamphlets document regular events at the Union, such as the Wisconsin Union Film Committee's movie selection from January 1965.
