4. Gov. I. I. Stevens and Supt. Joel Palmer, Treaty Comrs., to Comr. of Indian Affairs, June 12, 1855, transmitting the Treaties of June 9, and 11, 1855, with the Walla Walla and others and with the Nez Percés.* This letter also enclosed a "Record of the Official Proceedings," which is probably the document filed as item 3 under the Treaty of June 9, 1855, with the Yakima.
