A sheepskin copy of it is in the Office of the Comr. of Indian Affairs. The original map that accompanied the treaty is in the Library of Congress. A photostatic copy of this map is in the collection of Indian Office maps in the Carographic Records Branch (RG 75). The Senate advised the ratificaton of this treaty with an amendment. Although the ratification was not completed and the treaty not perfected, the treaty was recognized as in force in subsequent agreements, and payment of annuities to the Indians provided in art. 7 of the treaty were made in goods until and including the year 1865, when final distribution was made. (See Kappler, p. 440) The annual report of Supt. D. D.
